Millennials are planning more than some Boomers!
I have the privilege of having younger cousins and friends who let me eavesdrop from time to time. When that happens I usually walk away wiser and thankful that they are our next generation of leaders. That happened to me recently when I read a Facebook post from Raven. I immediately smiled and wanted to talk with her more. She and friend Tenisha both weighed in on the topic of planning for the future and why they value that over meaningless conversations that go nowhere.
Maybe I impress easily. But I'm thankful. Don't Believe the Hype. The next generation is planning to excel. We'd be wise to include them in our plans so that our legacy is built around helping them to leave theirs.
